2019

Incorporation of Vian Properties Pvt. Ltd.

2020

With a vision in sight and goal in mind, we set out to acquire land and develop it in order to revolutionize the real estate landscape in the city.

2021

We launched Vian Valley, Phase 1, a Pioneer of Development in the South West of Hyderabad, it is a sprawling 114 Acres of Integrated Township that boasts of world class amenities and facilities.

2022

After the successful launch and response in terms of sales of Phase 1, we launched Vian Valley Phase 2. We are also launching our luxury residential project Vian Vilva.

2023

We are launching Vian's The Little Village, with a plan underway to bring everything under one roof, be it Luxury Lifestyle, Health, Food, Sports or Entertainment, these affordable villas make it a community by getting people together who love to live the life and a farmland project, The Little Village.

Arun Jupally, a seasoned professional with 13+ years of experience in the real estate and construction industry, has an extensive background in overseeing various infrastructure projects that include lift irrigation processes, mining, villa projects, cyclone shelters, and roads & buildings. He has played a key rolein driving growth & profitability by serving as the Managing Director of successful construction and real estate companies like Shaili Estates and Vian Properties.

Apart from being a B.Tech. graduate from the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, Mr. Arun has also completed MBA from the University of Findlay, Ohio. His diverse background includes working as a business analyst for a Fortune 500 company during the early days of his career, which has helped him develop a unique perspective and approach to business management.

Known for his strategic vision, exceptional leadership skills, and his ability to build high-performing teams, Mr. Arun brings a wealth of experience and expertise in the areas of real estate, construction and business management. His deep understanding of the real estate industry and his proficiency in business management has helped him develop innovative solutions and strategies that have contributed to the success of various organisations.

Mr. Arun’s in-depth knowledge and experience, combined with his strategic vision and leadership skills, makes him an invaluable asset to any organisation.

surendranath Kanchi_director

Surendranath Kanchi, a well-respected entrepreneur hailing from the Kadapa District in Andhra Pradesh, India, founded his own transportation business, M/s Suri Transports, in 2006 after moving to Hyderabad. Under his leadership, the company grew exponentially and established itself as a key player in the transportation industry.

In 2007-08, Mr. Surendranath expanded his business into land development activities, land banking, and ventures. He founded a partner shipfirm called "Sri Surya Developers," which specialises in the construction of residential and commercial buildings, complexes, apartments, and all types of civil constructions and developmental works related to construction and real estate.

Over the years, Mr. Surendranath has successfully expanded his business in the Districts of both Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. He has undertaken several major projects such as the Maheswaram Project, BIBINagar-Project, Thimmapur Project, Gundala Project, Keshampet-Alwal Project, Hayathnagar Project, and Tirupathi Land, which have contributed significantly to the development of these regions. Mr. Surendranath's companies, M/s Suri Transports and M/s Sri Surya Developers, have achieved remarkable success over the years with the total group turnover up to the 2016-17 financial year being about INR70 CR.

Mr. Surendranath's entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to excellence have earned him numerous accolades and awards over the years. He is widely respected in the business community and is considered a role model for aspiring entrepreneurs. Despite his success, he remains grounded and continues to work tirelessly to achieve even greater heights in the years to come.
